Yoga is all about connecting with your body, mind and soul. Through breathing exercises, asanas and meditation you learn to organize your thoughts better and above all to find peace and relaxation. Yoga also helps you to become more agile, strong and balanced, which is helpful for your take-off. Yoga and surfing complement each other in countless ways. Both bring you closer to nature and thus to yourself. Both require stamina, strength, flexibility and body tension. Depending on the surf camp, several yoga lessons per week are offered by certified yoga teachers. The classes are suitable for all levels as the asanas are adapted to the level of the participants.
